08-19-2006...Alicia from work had a cookout-type-thing today. Most everyone in the group was there, and there was volleyball and frisbee and hot dogs and burgers. Most everyone brought their kids, who all seemed to play together well enough. The highlight of the afternoon was when Missy wandered over to where Mercedes' dog was chained up while holding a cupcake on a plate. The dog, of course, did what dogs do and stole the cupcake. Missy responded with "Hey! That doggie eat my birthday cake!" over and over. I was told that the funniest part of it was seeing me laughing at Missy after the dog ate the cupcake.
