We saw "From Hell" Saturday with some friends. Pretty good. Pam & Marve visited today.

Nothing new to report, really, except about a week after the last posting was moving day. We had been living with the previous owners of the house due to some weird and different circumstances for both families. The plan was to move all their stuff out Friday night and Saturday morning & afternoon, then go get our stuff from storage and move it in. The good thing was we had simply tons of people from church to help the moves. I truly wonder, how do people that don't go to church move? It must take them forever. I really thought, even though Ronnie said their stuff would all be out by noon Saturday, that we'd be lucky to have it out by Monday. But, I was pleasantly surprised by how fast it went with so many hands. The house WAS empty by noon Saturday. And our stuff went even faster. A swarm of trucks descended like locusts on the storage place and we had our stuff moved in nothing flat. We put the boxes in the garage so we could clean the carpets and paint before getting it to packed, but we still haven't painted anything yet. Maybe next week. At least we have a few pictures up now. And the only things broken were a couple pieces of glass from the china cabinet and a lamp socket.
