I got a letter from THE MAN telling me that I was overpayed before my recent separation (bull hockey), I owe the government $74.71, and under some Act of 1982 or some other Act of 1996 I have to pay within 30 days or they'll tell on me. And they really want to work with me to resolve this matter blah blah blah. They did however give me an appropriate address to give the finger to.
