The condo in Virginia is up for rent. We fired our realtor and hired one whom we thought might show a mote of interest in us, and he immediately did some research and found that our condo is priced about $10,000 too high for what's been selling in the area. You'd think that the other realtor would have gotten a clue about how to sell our place after four months, but all she did was complain about how nobody was calling her wanting to buy it and she was working soooooo hard blah blah blah...plus if we hadn't called her once in a while we'd never hear a thing from her. Civility prevents me from naming names or agencies, but if you want me to tell you what agency to avoid (it's big in Virginia, it's two words with a "&" in the middle, and its initials are R&W...ah hell, it's Rose & Womble. Don't bother with 'em.)
